Things you should know before taking 310 nutrition

    As someone who loves to try out products, shakes, anything to do with health really, I can assure you of one thing, none of them taste like chocolate fudge, candy, or a nice strawberry cake donut (yum). Unfortunately those things are far more delicious, but they are the unhealthy things that add those unwanted pounds on you causing you to feel tired and sluggish. Feeling good throughout my day and loving the way my body looks is far more important to me than those few seconds of heaven in my mouth as I chew and swallow those tasty carbohydrates full of starch, fat, sugar, and anything but good for your body. I always try to tell people who buy juices, or shakes and hate the way they taste to NOT add a bunch of sugary products to them and absolutely  defeating the whole purpose of becoming more "healthier". Its like they think its some kind of magic product that they can drink that will make them wake up the next morning and be five pounds less. You must know how to take these products. They help you get to where you need to be, they do not do all the work for you. 

The product I have become obsessed with and have chosen is the 310 products. They have many products to choose from but the 3 that are important to me are the 310probiotic, the 310 nutrition shakes, and the 310 juice. I have received many feedback that people love the results they are getting (same here) but not too happy about the chalky taste of the shakes or the juice. So here are some things you should know about drinking shakes and juicing. 

1.) Always count your calories, the 310 shakes itself has less than 100 calories and as low as 8 carbs, and the 310 juice as just about no calories and maybe 3 carbs, but that does not mean that number of low calories will remain the same if you add a bunch of stuff to take away the bad taste, next thing you know you actually consuming 600 calories and 70 carbs. Trust me, it adds up fast 

2.) Find a low calorie, low carb item to add to your shake or juice. Its the happy medium you are looking for. Your body will appreciate it. Finding a way to love your nutritional items will make you want to take them on a regular basis and even look forward to taking them.

3.) These products are what your body is looking for, make it easy for these products to do there job by doing YOUR job and eating healthier throughout your day and working out.


4.) Be consistent. Don't confuse your body by going back and fourth. Consistency is key when it comes to health and looking good. As someone who is getting into the fitness competition world, that is something I learned pretty fast. 

I hope these tips help as they are what I have realized what works best while taking these products. You don't have to hate the taste of the product your taking.

How I drink my shakes 
1 scoop of 310 protein powder
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 table spoon of pb peanut butter
1 cup of light unsweetened almond or cashew milk

How I drink my 310 juice
1 scoop of 310 juice
1 table spoon of apple cydar  vinegar (very healthy for you) 
1 packet of any flavor of choice of crystal light or green tea
(this explains why my 310 juice is never the same color in my Instagram post :)...)

I juice once a day and drink a 310 shake twice a day along with taking my probiotic once a day. 

After adding these things to my products, I now love the taste of my products without adding a bunch of sugar and unhealthy things.
